Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HyperDL (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or business use in accordance with your subscription tier.

  • Free Trial: 7 days of full access or 1 GB of total downloads, whichever comes first.
  • Personal License: Use on up to 3 devices bound by hardware ID (HWID).
  • Business License: Use on unlimited devices per licensed seat.

3. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly ($2.99/month) or annually ($18.99/year) through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the billing date.

Promo Codes: Promotional discount codes may be applied at checkout. Promo codes are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact support@hyperdl.app for refund requests.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute your license key.
  • Use the Software to download copyrighted content without authorization.
  • Attempt to circumvent license validation, HWID binding, or feature gating.
  • Use the Software for any illegal purpose.

5. Feature Gating

Certain features (Cloud Uploads, Remote Sharing, Torrent Support, High-Speed Segmenting) require an active paid subscription. If your subscription expires, these features will be disabled until renewed. Basic download functionality remains available during the trial period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its source code, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by HyperDL and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF SECURITY VULNERABILITIES. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYPERDL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.
